With LA DOTTA Frassinago, SCRIBO dedicates a special edition to the city of Bologna and its community. Born from a moment of solidarity, this model represents unity, hope, and the will to rebuild. Following the devastating floods in October, the release of the edition was brought forward – 30% of the proceeds will go directly to supporting the city of Bologna and its reconstruction projects.

The resin of the LA DOTTA Frassinago displays a vibrant interplay of green and salmon tones in a diamond-cast texture. This combination symbolizes strength and renewal – the green as a sign of life, the warm salmon pink as an emblem of human connection. The metal parts are finished with Corten PVD, giving the writing instrument a modern, distinctive look.

The cap, barrel, grip section, and knob are handcrafted from resin. Length 148 mm, maximum diameter 16.75 mm. The 6.5 mm diameter ebonite feed with two capillaries ensures a consistent flow. The piston-filling system offers a capacity of 1.42 ml.

Inside, the exclusive SCRIBO gold nib is at work, available in 18 karat in line widths from Extra Extra Fine to Stub or as a 14-karat flexible nib in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad.

Each LA DOTTA Frassinago comes in an individual genuine leather case. The edition is limited to 219 pieces worldwide. This model is more than a writing instrument – ​​it is a symbol of hope and a tribute to the strength of a city that continually rises again.
