Lumos Pro Duo – the refillable creative pen

The Lumos Pro Duo is a versatile, fully refillable fineliner, writing, and brush pen. It was designed to replace disposable pens and make creative work more sustainable. Thanks to two tips in one pen body, you can quickly switch between line widths or colors. Eleven interchangeable tips and an ink system that allows the use of a wide variety of inks are included.

Features of the Lumos Pro Duo
The pen body is made of anodized aluminum. The material is lightweight, precisely manufactured, and durable. The dual-tip design allows for quick switching between two nibs. The package also includes two ink reservoirs and a black ink sample for immediate use.

Refill system and ink selection
The Lumos was developed for dye-based inks. It is compatible with all particle- and binder-free fountain pen inks. Exceptions are pigmented specialty inks such as Sailor Kiwa-guro or Platinum Carbon, which also work. Inks containing shimmer particles or shellac/acrylic components are not suitable.
Refilling is done by simply immersing the reservoir in the ink. Color changes are possible by rinsing or by replacing the reservoir and tip.

Use and care
Depending on the type, the nibs are inserted from the top or inside. The included silicone grip facilitates changing them without contact with the ink. Cleaning with warm soapy water keeps the pen and nibs functional. Reservoirs last virtually indefinitely with the same ink level; with frequent color changes, they last for approximately four to five cleanings.

Suitability for travel and everyday use
The Lumos contains no liquids in the pen body and is therefore perfectly suitable for air travel. The quick-drying ink allows for clean writing, even for left-handed users. Its compact design and durable finish make it a reliable tool for the studio, desk, and on the go.
