The PIUMA Ametista is inspired by the precious amethyst, a stone that has stood for clarity, endurance, and inspiration for millennia. In ancient times, it was considered a symbol of mental strength and a protective stone for concentration and creativity.

The resin displays an intense violet hue with subtle shading, capturing the depth and brilliance of the amethyst. Yellow gold metal accents complement the color with a warm, harmonious touch. This combination lends the writing instrument an elegant yet distinctive character – much like the stone itself, which has captivated people for millennia with its symbolic power.

The cap, barrel, and grip section are handcrafted from resin. The oval shape with two facets sits comfortably in the hand. Length 144.5 mm, maximum diameter 15.6 mm, weight 30 g. The 6.5 mm diameter ebonite feed ensures a consistent ink flow. The pen is filled via a cartridge or converter system .

The exclusive SCRIBO gold nib is available in 18 karat gold in the line widths Extra Extra Fine, Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and BB, or as a 14 karat flexible nib in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad.
