With LA DOTTA Turrita, SCRIBO continues its homage to Bologna – a city whose history is steeped in knowledge, architecture, and art. Inspired by the towers that defined the cityscape in the Middle Ages, this model evokes the era when Bologna, with its more than one hundred buildings, was described as a "selva turrita," a forest-like city of towers.

The deep reddish-brown color of the resin is reminiscent of the bricks of medieval buildings and the warm patina of city walls. Crafted from diamond-cast resin with subtle light reflections and finished with ruthenium-coated metal accents, LA DOTTA Turrita combines historical depth with modern elegance.

The cap, barrel, grip section, and knob are handcrafted from resin. Length 148 mm, maximum diameter 16.75 mm. The ebonite feed with a 6.5 mm diameter and two capillaries ensures a consistent ink flow. The piston-filling system holds 1.42 ml of ink.

The centerpiece is the exclusive SCRIBO gold nib, available in 18 karat gold in line widths from Extra Extra Fine to Stub or as a 14-karat flexible nib in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium and Broad.
