The Yard O Led x The Ian Fleming Estate Casino Royale Limited Edition pays tribute to Casino Royale, Ian Fleming's first James Bond novel. At its centre is a sterling silver rollerball with an integrated timepiece, inspired by a Yard O Led writing instrument from the 1920s with a miniature clock.
The 11 mm silver dial is made by hand and paired with blued steel hands. Instead of a conventional crown, the timepiece uses a specially developed lateral corrector that advances the hands electronically.
The hallmarked sterling silver cap and barrel feature 72 hand engine turned pinstripes, a reference to Ian Fleming's classic pinstripe tailoring. The sterling silver grip is engraved with playing card symbols, while an inlaid gold Jamaican Doctor Bird at the end of the barrel reflects Fleming's connection to Jamaica.
The rollerball is limited to 253 pieces worldwide.
The set includes an exclusive collector's edition of Casino Royale, Ian Fleming playing cards, a leather pen case and a bottle of blood red ink with a gun smoke inspired scent.
