Think of buying a fountain pen as being like buying a high-quality suit. Although you may pay a lot of money and the suit may look the way you want, it may fit terribly. Only an alteration tailor can remedy this.
The same applies to a fountain pen and its nib. Manufactured for a wide range of customers, it is impossible for a nib to be precisely adjusted to the characteristics of each writing hand and the ideas of the writer. The variables such as writing posture, writing pressure and writing speed provide the uniqueness. This is exactly where I start with my work and ensure by the individual adjustment of the nib for a polish, which is uniquely adapted to you and stands out from all others.

About me
My fascination with fine mechanical craftsmanship can be traced back to my childhood. This steadily growing passion culminated in a job at Montblanc. While I initially started as an apprentice machinist, I soon found myself in the Artisan Atelier, which I called home for the next eight years. To be able to work with rare and precious materials on a daily basis at the highest level of craftsmanship was a great privilege.
Although I enjoyed my time at Montblanc very much and am incredibly grateful for the experience and knowledge I gained, the big dream of self-employment matured at about the same time. Thanks to the help of a very close friend, I have turned this step into reality and am looking forward to getting to know you and your writing instruments.
